The 14 Day/13 Nights Karamoja trail gorilla safari will take you to Eastern Uganda region where you will experience the Sipi falls, coffee tour, immerse you into the beautiful Karamoja landscapes and the unique culture and learn the daily day life of the different tribes of the Karamojong’s. Encounter the epic unique wildlife in Kidepo, Murchison and then primates (chimps & gorillas) in the Kibale and Bwindi Forest National Park respectively.

Uganda Safari – Karamoja Culture, Wildlife Holidays – 14 Day

Day1: Entebbe – Jinja – stay at 2 Friends Guest House

Day2: Jinja – take boat ride at River Nile – Sipi – Sipi River Lodge

Day3: Breakfast, Hike falls – Lunch and after Coffee experience – stay at Sipi River Lodge

Day4: With packed lunch transfer Moroto – Visit the community and take an experience and then have local dinner with the community and then overnight in the Kraal with the Karu-tunga safari tents.

Day5: Morning drive to Kara-tunga Camp in Moroto, refresh and have breakfast. Later transfer to Kotido with the visit the biggest community. Have local lunch in Kotido town and after transfer to Kaboong for overnight stay at Kaboong Resort with dinner.

Day6: Early morning breakfast, thereafter visit the IK community. Have a hike and view Lake Turkana and after have lunch. Drive to Kidepo Valley National Park for evening game drive and stay at Kidepo Savannah Lodge

Day7: Breakfast and en-route game drive and after drive to Gulu town for lunch and stay at African Roots Guest House

Day8: Gulu – Murchison Falls National Park, check in at Fort Murchison Camp and have lunch after go for an evening game drive

Day9: Game Drive & Boat Ride

Day10: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park and stay at Kibale Forest Camp

Day11: Chimp trek – Queen for boat cruise along Kazinga Channel and stay at Bush Lodge

Day12: Morning Lion Tracking Experience – transfer to Ruhija gorilla sector and stay at Trekkers Tavern Cottages

Day13: Gorilla Trekking Experience and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi with optional boat cruise and stay Arcadia Cottages

Day14: Have breakfast and transfer back to Kampala with lunch and stop over at the Uganda Equator. Head to Entebbe and overnight stay at Karibu Guest House.

Day15: Visit Ngamba Islands Chimpanzee Sanctuary, experience the conservation feeding session and have lunch at the site and after return back Entebbe Airport for return flight back home.
