5 Day Gorilla – Golden Trek

The 5 Day Mgahinga Gorilla – Golden Trek, will take you to the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park and you will encounter gorilla tours & safaris in Uganda, golden monkey tracking, hike the Batwa trail and expect to have memorable photos in Uganda.

Day1: Kampala – Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

Have breakfast and after embark the safari vehicle with your trip safari guide and transfer to Kisoro in southern Uganda. En-route stop at the Uganda Equator and after have lunch at Agip Motel. Drive towards the park and dinner and overnight at Kisoro Traveler’s Tourist Hotel. Meal plan: H/B

Day2: Gorilla Trekking Tours Uganda

Breakfast and after take 30 minutes’ drive to the park headquarters for the briefing about the great apes in this part of the Virunga massifs. After briefing enter into the jungle looking for the gorillas in the mist and you need to be fit to hike the marvel sloping and hilly landscapes of the park. Once you meet the gorillas take unforgettable memorable photos and videos, return to the park offices for your gorilla trekking certificate and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Day3: Hike Batwa Trail

Have breakfast and after move again to the park offices for the Eco tourism briefing about the park and this community trail and after participate in this full day experience understanding the historical and current lifestyle of the Batwa. This walk will take you through the Garama cave. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, Meal plan: F/B

Day4: Golden Monkey Tracking – Lake Bunyonyi

Have breakfast and after go for golden monkey tracking and after have lunch. Transfer to the Lake Bunyonyi and enjoy the undulating landscapes and dinner and overnight stay at Bunyonyi Bird Nest Lodge/Arcadia Cottages/Bunyonyi Overland Cottages. Meal plan: F/B

Day5: Lake Bunyonyi – Entebbe

After breakfast and embark the safari jeep and transfer back with en-route lunch at the Flamingo Restaurant at Equator and after transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your return flight back home. End of services
