On this Uganda tour we make it affordable arranging for our clients staying in most scenic safari tents that are basic and clean and we ride our clients in the 4WD safari vehicles that are suitable for game drive viewing.
More so for clients that are welling to go camping with their own tents we can still arrange such experiences.
Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala – Lake Mburo National Park
Upon arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, meet our company safari driver-guide who will welcome you and after take into the safari orientation and after embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.
En-route stop at the Uganda Equator for snacks and photographs. After transfer into the park with the en-route game spotting some wildlife species and have lunch at the lodge.
Then in the evening take sunset game drive looking for rare animals like the Elands, Impalas, Zebras among others. Dinner and overnight at Mburo Eagle’s Nest Camp. Meal Plan: H/B
Day2: Lake Mburo – Lake Bunyonyi “Switzerland of Africa
Have Breakfast, after take an Eco nature walk in the Rubanga looking for the various bird species, fauna and butterflies. Return to lodge for Lunch.
Thereafter transfer to the Lake Bunyonyi and upon arrival enjoy the undulating landscapes and cool breeze of the Lake and dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Overland Cottages. Meal plan: Full-Board
Day3: Lake Bunyonyi – Bwindi Gorilla Park
Have breakfast, after take boat cruise along the Lake Bunyonyi visiting some of the beautiful dotted islands and cultural communities like the Batwa (pygmies).
Lunch and after embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park where you will experience the gorilla trekking safari. Dinner and Overnight at Buhoma Tented Camp. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Have breakfast, after transfer to the park headquarters for briefing about the mountain gorillas in the mist. After you will be allocated to the family of trekking.
After with your porter enter into the jungle to search for the gorillas and this experience takes half day walking in the jungle and once you meet them for about 1 hour take the photos and videos.
After return to the park offices for your gorilla trekking safari certificate. Dinner and overnight as above and meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 5: Bwindi Gorilla Park–Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast embark safari vehicle and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha Southern Sector famously known for the African tree climbing lions and if luck you will spot them in the branches of the fig trees and this is much applicable during noon when it is hot.
This part of the Park you can spot the buffaloes, kobs, topi, oribi, elephants among others. Lunch, after transfer to the Mweya peninsula and dinner and overnight at Bush Lodge. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 6: Game Drive & Boat Ride – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Dawn game drive looking for the nocturnal wildlife like the lions, leopards and other big5 (buffaloes, elephants) and other animals like bush bucks, water bucks, warthog, harte beests, Kobs.
This park also offers various bird life species like wagtails, swallows, sparrows and vultures.
This experience takes 3-4 hours and after return to the lodge for refreshment and lunch thereafter go for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Edward.
From the cruise you will spot the Hippopotamus and crocodiles as it journeys through their area of concentration, other wildlife and water birds like rare shoe bill stork, pelican bee-eater, egrets and more can be spotted along the river banks. Dinner and Overnight as above. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth – Semliki National Park
After breakfast transfer to Semliki National Park for the explore of the unique historical Sempaya Hot Spring. This area is largely not unspoiled and much recommended for birders and night game drive.
As an extension of the vast forest of the Congo, several species of birds and animals are unique to this park. Dinner and overnight at Uganda Wildlife Authority Banda’s. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 8: Game Drive & Boat Ride – Semliki National Park
Have your breakfast, and then take the morning exploring the lush forest spotting primates and birds, view hot springs, and take mid-day game drive game drive looking for more wildlife species.
Return to lodge for lunch and take an evening boat cruise. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight as above. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 9: Semliki – Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Kibale Forest National Park a home to chimpanzees and other primates like black and white Columbus, Vervet and red tailed monkeys and a variety of bird life species, butterflies and unique rare floras.
Lunch en-route and if the afternoon is free go for short hikes and exploring the surrounding villages. Dinner at lodge and overnight Kibale Forest Camp. Meal Plan: Full-Board.
Day 10: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest National Park
Early morning breakfast and after prepare for briefing from park officials, thereafter enter into the jungle to search for the chimpanzee which spend most of their time in the plants leaves searching for food and for their leisure relax while swinging from one branch to another.
The forest is also home to other primates like grey cheeked manageable, baboons and Vervet monkeys. Picnic lunch at Bigodi Forest Camp.
In the afternoon, walk through the swamps to spot birds and primates at close range like rare shoe bill stork and sitatunga respectively. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight as above. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 11: Kibale Forest – Murchison Falls National Park
Breakfast after transfer to Murchison Falls National Park through the sub towns of Kagadi and Hoima with lunch en-route. Visit the top of Murchison Falls National Park. Dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison Camp. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 12: Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast embark our vehicle for dawn game drive on the northern bank of the River Nile.
Various species to spot include big five like lions, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, harte beets, topi.
Return to lodge for lunch and after prepare for the boat cruise to the bottom of the falls and it is much amazing! Return to lodge to relax and later have our African best cuisine and Dinner and Overnight as above. Meal plan: Full-Board.
Day 13: Murchison – Kampala/Entebbe
Breakfast and thereafter transfer back to Kampala via Masindi town with en-route visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking and lunch after depart and arrive in Kampala and then transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your return flight back home. End of services. Meal plan: Half-Board.
